Windows 10 or 11 with a webcam (or a USB barcode scanner).
Download for Windows- Open the downloaded Setup file.
- If Windows says “Windows protected your PC”, click “More info”, then “Run anyway”.
- Open the app, go to Settings, copy your Machine ID and send it to us on WhatsApp to get your activation code.
Android
Android 10 or newer.
Download Android APK- Open the downloaded APK. Allow “Install unknown apps” for your browser when asked.
- If Play Protect warns you, tap “More details”, then “Install anyway”.
- Open the app, allow the camera, then copy the Machine ID in Settings and send it to us on WhatsApp.
The app is new and not yet published on Microsoft Store or Google Play, so these warnings are normal.
Questions
Where are my videos stored?
On your own PC or phone, in folders by date. We never receive your videos.
Do I need internet?
Only to download the app. Recording and searching work offline.
Will Daraz or a courier accept this as proof?
We cannot promise that. Parcel Proof Recorder provides evidence capture, organization and retrieval tools. It does not guarantee that Daraz, a courier, court or other third party will accept or act on any particular evidence.
What if my PC breaks?
Copy your ParcelProof folder to an external drive or another PC from time to time. Videos that were interrupted by a crash or power cut are kept, not deleted.
How many devices can I use?
One activation code covers 1 Windows PC and 1 Android phone. A code does not work on another device.
Which languages does the app support?
English, Roman Urdu and Urdu are being added to the apps. The video stamp always uses English and numbers so it stays clear.
